I ever worked for two bosses. No matter how hard I worked, I was kicked out. Problem - communication!
I don't want to waste time to show you how miserable my situation was (It's worse than yours).

Currently I have a permanent job. However, I never think it is permanent. Whenever my colleagues talk about "our company", I laugh at him in secret. I always keep alert to the job market.

In your case, I believe you can find a job in a couple of month or sooner. However, once you have got a new job, remember the following advice:

The day you go to work is the day you prepare to leave.
