you should look for another job asap. Another option you can have and do parallel with job search is to find a lawyer. Depends on which state you are in, most states have laws and orders to restrict action (including firing, termination of hiring) before the settlement of the lawsuit. However, most companies have contract based on will, so either side can terminate without any reason. Therefore, you must find some thing, such as, racial discrimination ..., which is very easy for lawyer to play with ...
