问一下有经验的人.我从来没有经历过PHONE INTERVIEW,

昨天有家公司的recruiter给我来了个30分钟的PHONE INTERVIEW.问了好多问题,最后一个问题是我的薪水要求,问完后就说他会把我的RESUME FWD TO hiring manager,说应该没有什么问题的,然后说这周四,周五应该会reconnect 我,我在想他是不是在找借口.因为以前其他公司都是recruiter打来简单的问两句就set up an onsite interview,这个怎么没有直接给我set up an onsite interview而是说把我的简历给hiring manager呢? 是不是有些公司的程序比较多还是他在找借口?
