I think I could also be an example.

I came to US in 1999. I started with accounting , not the IT, even though IT was so popular at that time. But, just didn't fit for me.

After couple years of practice, now, it's quite easy for me to switch jobs. I found my new job with the first candidate company and got the offer the next day after the interview.
