如何在工作中最大限度的发挥个人魅力

看了这个题目,大家可能以为我想讲点经验, 其实不然, 我是想求点经验.

马上就回国工作了.职位是比较有发展潜力的,需要领导一个不大的团队.上级是CEO.

1) 在英国的这几年没做过这么SENIOR 的职位所以回到国内和CEO (美国人) 直接每天朝夕相处,不太清楚自己应该以什么为核心? 怎么保持好距离,并让上司感觉我毫无保留的在CONTRIBUTE 我的智慧和经验.
