No feedback after on site interview for a week.

I went to a local company for on site interview the week before to meet the potential boss. He was satisfied with me and decided to have a full interview. I went there again last Wednesday to meet more people in the group and other key people in the company. I got the interviews through a recruiter. To respond to my inqury today, she said I have nothing to worry about and will get the feedback from the company. Should she get the feedback already? Thanks for any reply.
