It's clear and simple: you've got an ass hole, solution? kick her ass! How to do it? See below:

1. Right at the meeting, tell her: Can you just shut up, I don't care if you mind your own business, but I don't want you touch anything of my business, understand?

2. In person, tell her: You are not my boss, and I do not want anything from you, clear?
