well, you havn't said ANYthing yet. Here in US unless you have clear evidence-supporting event(s), a generalized complain is not going to lead anywhere. It might be a smoking gun but that's it -- smoking, which could have negative effect on your boss AND/or on yourself.
Just be on the observer side for now.
