China. That's why the chinese students with MS degree can enter PhD program directly. This is common sense.
For Immigration purpose, you may need a third party firm to certify your equivalence. But I never heard any1 had problem before. If you read immigration law, the BS degree from India and its neihbouring countries is not recognized.
