My had to agree with you.

My previous boss was from Iran. He didn't dare to do anything to white people in the team, so he joined them. He invited them to lunch and coffee all the time. Totally ignored all the rest of the team members. (Of course we are not the majority.) Even when he told me I was doing a good job in the review. He or his boss (also from a middle east country) secretly gave me terrible ranking in the company. Fortunately I don't work there any more.
