This is easy to do:
1. Next time when he gives you any medicine, reply like this: "Oh, I did not know you are a doctor", then look straight into his eyes, and ask: "Are you a doctor?". Of course he is not:). That's enough pressure, every American understands this.
2. Next time he invites you for lunch, tell him: "Sorry, I've lots of work to do, and I want to make sure I get everything done, so that I can bring something home to feed my family.". If he continues, then tell him: "Can you please stop interfering my work? For anything you want to contact me, please go through my boss.". If he asks you why you get so serious, then tell him: "I told my hu*****and about you, and my hu*****and told me you might be a bad man, and told me to make my boss and the company know about it."
Ok?
He's playing the damn game, get rid of him

哈哈 不过言辞似乎太激烈了. 人家最求心中的爱也没有错:)
