各位，请帮我看看该怎么走？

现在在一个小公司作税，上国些初，中级会计，英语口语那是相当的一般。感觉这个小公司不是长久之计，税季过后估计我就得走人，所以现在的想法：
1，考个bookkeeping的执照，税季后开始作small business的bookkeeping.
2，找初级会计的工作，底气特不足，虽然上过些课，但是一点点经验也没有，都不知道作初级会计都要干吗，我能不能干得了。
大家觉得怎么好呢？是不是要考个bookkeeping的执照？bookkeeping是不是比会计钱途要小的的多？多谢赐教，真的是什么都不懂洒。
