大家帮看看该怎么办？

现在在A公司工作，攒了10天假期，刚拿到B公司的OFfer. 根据A公司的要求一般要提前2周提出辞职（当然，据观察以前公司离开的人并没有提前2周），不知道能不能利用这两周来休假。根据以往的经验，这家公司的老板曾有过交接的这两周是不pay的，所以如果这两周用来休假，他既会不高兴也会不pay,不知大家有没有好主意，到底该怎么办？这个老板挺扣的
