that recruiter is not profesional at alll

I have a recruiter who help me got 2 offers. (She gave me a lot of help. Giving me a lot infomation about the back ground of the hiring company which helps me to get the offers.) However I didn't pick any one of them. She was really sad(because she cannot make $$$ on it).

But she still let it go and ask me to refer someone I know. She also mentioned that if I am bored with my new job, put her name on my contact list.

That's what I called professional recruiter.
