怎样提高英语写作水平啊？我觉得自己好像口语还不错，

平素也比较注意学习练他们老美的发音，可是问题是一到了写正式的东西的时候就有问题了，好像总写不出来的感觉，还有就是有些表达根本就不会写，former的东西更是不会写，自己的单词拼写也不好，现在待在家里就想好好练练，等以后工作了肯定有好处的，我现在应该怎样来学呢。
来美10年了，美国硕士毕业，写email的水平也一般。 谢谢。
