but you are responsible to clean what you screwed.

For any talent professionals, he/she will screw things by mistake. If you clean up these and minimize the impact for your business, you are still a great professional.

It does hurt, but you need to moving forward.

I've screwed things so that we have to dump the production database from 1 day before with some work loss.

My current boss told me he screwed things which crashed all the trading software in business hours.
