I just talked with my manager. I can tell he took more heat than I did. I told him that I should take most responsibility for the failure. He agreed. We also agreed that we should find the flaws in our process. We should target future. However, I think it will hurt my promotion for sure. That promotion postphoned. But I don't need worry about my job so far.
