Sorry to type in English as I am in the office now.

Anyone good at work should find out their mistakes, otherwise our dept would be in big trouble as our analysis and calculation would be based on the products provided by the other party. That is why my boss was called in top management's offices for the errors he did before my coming.

It is despitful for any boss to ask subordinates to do their jobs without supporting them.
