Just got an offer from Walmart (Headqurater @ Bentonville, AR):

position: programmer analyst
base: 58K/year
bonus: 20% - 25% of base
Stock: ~$5500 (restricted stock units)
relocation: ~$4000
other: medical + 401K + stock purchase plan + 2 week vacations + 10% discount of shopping at Walmart stores

Does anyone have any info about Chinese community there?
