3q! 俺可没有频繁的跳槽啊, ^_^

-- I did stay as a Sr. Manager of Unix/DBA team for ~5 years;
-- Then I have to change two company in one years due to the company reorg of internet down turn;
-- I am at current position almost five yrs; (Time to change? I got lots of email from HR and Agent everyday)
-- However, I keep close eye on job market;
