谢谢老土。 其实我要加的也不多，也就5％。 一开始以为

HR自己就能作主，结果电话里说要和经理协商。我的背景很match. 不过有点担心时间拖长了他们会不会继续接着面试其他candidate.呵呵，本来想增加点讨价还价的经历，看样子对刚拿第一个offer的菜鸟来说还是有点煎熬的。
