help with faculty salary

I got a lot helpful information from this forum. Now, I need your suggestions for my decision on a faculty offer. I have been a tenure-track assistant prof. for 2 years but don't satisfy the university environment (private) and the high living cost. I got a new offer from a state university in a lower living cost area. I think I like the environment and the people there, but the salary is way belowing my current salary. What is your suggestion?
