My hu*****and is working in a top biotech company as a sr. scientist. the base pay is so-so, plus bonus the total is not too bad. Con is his job is stable, pro is he thinks he should make more money plus he wants career advancement. Monster.com is no longer a big helper for him. Is it possible to send his resume to some headhunter who can help out?
