怎么样写信要求提前onsite?

我们刚刚已经拿到了一个喜欢的口头offer, 现在有另一个也很不错的地方要给onsite但
是在下个月底，我们觉得太晚了，要怎么样写信要求提前onsite会比较好呢？要不要提现
在的offer?
