该不该回国

我本来在家坛发的，想来这里更对口，希望有些参考意见。

我现在的工作性质一般（金融业），稳定，压力中等，有时加班，工资约18万美元。老公工作性质不太有意思，薪金不多。 我们有一六岁孩子。 现在我有机会回中国工作，工资约25-30万美元，工作比现在有意思，但压力比现在大一些，出差多，工作比较稳定。

我现在决定不下。一方面，回国的工作性质好很多，挣得多许多，离父母近，生活上也会舒适有照应（现在我俩每天接送孩子，做家务，感觉又忙又累）。劳工也能找个好工作。另一方面，回国后，我每天陪孩子的时间不会太多。我本来准备在美国过平庸的中产阶级生活，突然有了这个机会，不知能否适应国内的大环境（躁动，污染，）。我俩都没有绿卡，回去后再回美国的可能性不大。我想至少让孩子回美国读高中，可届时我和老公不知有无办法陪着回来。我已近40岁，心态上不想太打拼。
