Got reply from VP ? Need help. Many thanks.

As suggested by people who kindly helped me (see yesterday's poster Page 2 for my situation.), I sent an email to VP. This morning I got his reply as the following.

"I am sorry that we have not gotten back in touch with you yet. It has
been very busy recently and we are trying to take care of a number of
things before the end of the year.

Do you have any other opportunities for which you have to make a
decision in the next week?"

What does this mean ? It means that company still have interester in me ?

I don't have a desicion to make on any offers. How do I answer him ?
