have lunch with one or two, or even all of them. To my experience, only very lousy companies don't give a treat with this type of interview time schedule. As to which person you will have lunch with, it totally depends on how fast the interview goes, and also the availability of the interviewers at lunch time. It's not a big deal at all and there is no need to care about that.
