As said many times before, there are many jobs require database knowledge.
Crystal Report is a reporting tool used by many companies. It can access data from all worts of databases. MS Reporint Services is MS's reporting tool.
Anyway, the direction of this job is very good. Should try whatever you can to get it.
Should make this kind of interview much easier if you did take my SQL 101 class, anyway, don't worry too much if you didn't.
I Will opne a Crystal report class soon just for this kind of position.
Even you failed this interview. the experience is important. there are many job opennings like this, check "Crystal Report" on hotjobs.com, you will see it.
