3 questions about salary negoniation,thanks

1)what about the firm refuse for salary negoniation. will they say either no or take the offer back?
2)also, if they refuse rise salary and I still accept the offer, will that kind embassy and cheap?
3)if i got another offer, then how do i say other give me higher?(i do have good reason-the higher pay firm is far)
