站在十字路口请教： 大型 consulting 公司 vs. 中型传统企业

我是两个学龄幼童的妈妈。 一年前加入一著名大consulting 公司， 接连做了两个
大项目，不仅积累了许多hands-on 经验，更系统地学习了项目运作的 methodologies，
感到收获很大。这之前，我也做这一行，但更侧重technical side。 唯一头痛的
是 100% 的 travel， 还惦念着家里的小宝贝， 更是苦不堪言。

最近看到本地一中型传统企业正在招这领域的permanent job。去试一试，不想拿到
了offer。 从此开始犹豫，并做以下分析。

大型 consulting 公司：
优点
1。 操作规范，有现成的templates 和 methods可以学习引用。
2。福利好，假期长
3。遇到难题，有很多能人可以切磋。
缺点
1。100% 的 travel

中型传统企业：
优点
1。离家近，~ 0% travel。可以天天见到孩子。
2。工资比我目前的要高 20%。这在我看来只是短期的。

挑战
1。我将是公司里唯一通晓这类技术的人。要做很多architect 的工作。不是很有信
心。
2。 没有很多能人互相交流。
3。遇到的 case 单一些。会有技术落伍的可能。
4。 有很多自己发挥的空间。但也要看自己是否努力。

Ideally, 我本来打算在目前的公司再干2-3年。等各方面的技能成熟之后，再换一
份工做长期打算。只是我做的领域， permanent job不是 很好找， 又在家附近，
机会很难得。

请各位大侠帮我分析分析，我该做如何选择。非常感谢。
