1. You don't dislike B. If you never had A offer, you would be happy at B.
2. A sounds great, but you don't really know whether your supervisor will be nice, whether you will fit in A's culture.
3. A and many other opportunities are always there. I think it is much better to stay at B, spend a few years to learn and grow. You might change your mind after a couple of years and find B a better choice. If you still like A a few years later, you can always reapply and you will be more marketable than now.
4. Give you 2 real examples:
I had 2 offers 5 years ago. I chose one in downtown, and started regretting right after because of the terrible traffic and the small size of the firm. Somehow I stayed because I don't want to be a flip-flopper. But now I am a very happy employee and the pay goes up fast every year.
My LG accepted offer from a small start up dot com company 7 years ago. 2 weeks after he started, IBM offer came. Even though we both could tell IBM is better, he stayed. Again, he did not want to be a flip-flopper. 6 months later, the dot com company went out of business. He than called IBM HR and asked for job opportunity. IBM offered him the same position with $10K more salary.
Don't worry about one opportunity passing by. If you are prepared and you have good work ethic, you will always find good opportunity.
Chose B

Ditto. I would stay for at least a year or two in Company B.
