My PM is asian, but my boss is white. I said to my boss if we used another method we could save a lot of time, since the method PM has been using has waste a lot of time, but it is too late to change it. My boss said she is doing the right thing, so I am thing I have to shut my mouth up no matter what she is doing, I probaly should say the method is good even if it is stupid to me. what do you think?
