I may have a different case than yours. My lead only focused on business level, he gave me all coding staff and then he will take some credits from my work. I don't mind what he did, he will give the good feedback to my boss about my work. Meanwhile, he must keep me for coding because he couldn't complete any program
by himself. That's trade off.
