1. Family needs, got to make wife/hu*****and and kids happy. First, no offer will be accepted without my wife's blessing. Also, value of offer will depen on what my spouse does, and how old my kids are, so flexibility and understanding from management will be weighed heavily.

2, Opportunities, opportunities include type of work I will be working on, learning possibility on and off the work schedule, help to next step in career(short term and long term goal), and value in resume if I am put on market again.

3, Money, I am looking for a reasonable (par with market and meet my family's financial needs) compensation offer with satisfaction both in 1 and 2, and negociate the best term, maybe using other offer as tools.
