Thank you for giving me the opportunity to work in my most familiar area –
design and develop automated precision equipments. I am sure I can be a
great addition to your company.

Upon serious inputs from professors, labmates, friends, and family members,
the only problem left right now appear to be: This job is not stable and it may
end up with either I can’t get the approval of H-1B visa or I will miss the chance
to secure other promising jobs before next February, since it is surely that my
full concentration will be on how to get the job done and there will be no time
spared to search and consider other job opportunities if I work in your company.

In view of that, it will rather benefit both parties if I can make my contributions
to your company as a permanent employee for at least one year, so that I can
have the chance to transfer H-1B visa to another company if you decide at that
time to downsize your company. Otherwise, I don’t mind to work as a contractor
worker but I need a punch card to record the time I will invest in your company.
