Help me, please!

Dear friends,

Please help me about this title issue. I worked for a big company and was promoted as senior accountant at the begining of this year. However, I resigned my job due to family relocation. Today, a company give me an offer, the salary is higher than what my previous making. But the job tilte is staff accountant.

Do you think the job title is important? Does it will hurt my career path?Or, can I negotiate with the company to change job tilte?
