怎样和这样的老板相处，谢谢指教

在老板这里这里作博后快两年了。第一年说“If you can get this project done, that is too much and you will be free. and you will have many good publications done". 去年年底搞定课题用研究结果并出席了3个national meetings。问可以发表文章吗？不表态，说如果能把实验结果写成tutorial，将来。。。。. 这时已经明白他的意思，他是要那这结果去申请funding. 写完了200页的tutorial后，已经是第二年初了.

然后问可以发文章吗，he said "if you can get the second project done, it will be a significant major achievement in this field, then we can publish". 妈的，真无耻。 等到今年summer，看还没文章，给他发了封措辞强烈email:"dear Dr.., ...publictions are one of the most movtivation for me to stay here....". 阅信后，立即让我submit 一篇文章。 现在2nd project done 了，有说”if you can get another probelme done, that is the last thing we will do".

妈的，我赶快走人。 顾忌的就是绿卡申请已经交了1年了，如果140有问题，老板弄黑手，我就麻烦了。 还有刚开始找工业届工作，觉得希望比较大，如果现在再做个博后，真实浪费时间。谢谢大家的时间和建议。
