Oracle SQL (18 hours) class will start this tuesday evening.
Class Name: Oracle SQL 101 (18 hours)

SQL language is the foundation for all the DATA or Database related computer jobs like: Data Analyst, Database Engineer, Database Analyst, Business Analyst, Reporting Engineer, and Database Administrator (DBA).
Oracle is the largest database vender in the world. This class will teach you how to install Oracle 10g in your PC, and how to use Oracle SQL to query and manipulate data and generate simple report. After you learn Oracle SQL concept, you can easily handle SQL on other database system like mySQL, and MS SQL-Server.

Oracle SQL 101 is the foundation for the coming Oracle 10g DBA class.

Class Content:
-- Oracle Overview
-- Install Oracle 10g on your PC
-- Introduction to SQL
-- Query data from simple table
-- Query data from multi tables
-- Generate Simple Report using sqlplus
-- Subquery
-- Data Manipulation

Pre-Request: Know how to use MS Windows will be helpful.

Class time:
Class A: 19:00 to 21:00 US Pacific Time, Tuesday, Thursday
Class B: 21:30 to 23:30 US Pacific Time, Tuesday, Thursday

First class will start on this Tuesday, Oct. 30, if there is enough people to join.

How to take the class: You take the class from you home PC through Internet.
