问问日本的公司职员是否想来美做postDoc?

I lived three years in the top research institute in Japan. I fully understood how the life is in there.
Since there are so many of us who did stay in USA as a post-Doc and find a regular job later, I believe you can do the same if you like.
My daughter told me today that there is a girl from Japan in her class ans she didn't speak much English...
