WHAT IF MY DIRECT BOSS IS AN ASSHOLE?

Actually, My boss is a le*****ian. I called her ***** because she has very poor interpersonal skills to manage people. She received two complaining letter from my team members to HR. And at least 4 people left the company in the finance team within one year.

In fact, I didn’t have any bias opinion about her before. I tried to be objective though I have been told by people that how bad she is as a manager as soon as I stepped in this company. I was dreaming that I could get more experience and knowledge from her.

Until one year later, I realized that she is in deed as bad as other people described. She constantly abuses her power as a manager and makes my work hard.

What would you do if you were me? Kick her ass and complaining about her to HR again, or trying to find other job in another company?

My situation is: She is famous for her bad reputation already but she is still the financial manager- the boss. And I just started my work in the company for one year, but I have to leave again because of her? What awkward situation.
