resign was never put on the table as a formal option but it has always been an option...

i didn't want to "just resign" coz i figured that's what this company is secretly wanting me to do... why not? it doesn't have to pay me a penny.. its good for its "cost cut" drive..

i am just mad.. mad because i worked my en butt off for them this year and they "release" me after i helped them to deploy a project before deadline and within budget....

in fact, the two options i was presented:
1) take the package

2) stay with the company but my rating will automatically go to "unsatisfactory" and subject to termination in 3 month without any sort of compensation...

my mgr was hinting me not to take option 2 coz all the projects are going to GRs(global resources.. a pretty phrase for Mexicans Brazilian, and indians employees of the company in their native country)...

o well.... its a tough choice either way..
