the phone interview was very fast one. just some simple technical questions. for the on-site interview, i really don't know how it will be for this case, coz it is a cross country deal. and don't know how to bargain on the package if I am asked on-site, because I don't know china market. the agent told me, they might offer principal or staff engr post at first before they are fully convinced to offer a management post, maybe after a few months of probation.
