我该怎么办？

今天在office犯了个巨大的错误。
我做的project需要有个coordinator来test结果，职位是VP，今天离开前她对我说到明天一定开始review我的report.我表示我非常感谢她，而且很诚恳地说：you are the best person to test my project,because you know nothing about the project.事实是，她平时不做数据分析，而且她一点都不知道这个project,包括我自己都是做完后才知道一点。而且我也没有想贬低她的意思，完全是随口一说。可是当时她急着回家，听我说完后她就说：thank you let me know, I know nothing.... and 讪讪的smiling. 她是个黑人，我觉得自己是得罪她了，真怕此后就接上了梁子，给我小鞋穿。我真是愚蠢极了，现在想想都后怕。怎么办啊？请支招。

明天我想重申一下：因为你还没有太接触这个项目，所以你是个最合适的人来test我的报告。我自己也是在完成后才有点了解。。。。

请问这样可以吗？谢谢了。
以后再也不乱讲话了，真是言必失啊。
