salary is not attractive, it's the project/personal interest

was thinking the smartphone market is growing at double digits. 5/10 years ago, what most cell phones were like, and today? and 5/10 years later?...

as 'blowmeup' said, it's a toss between (job security+ stable family life + a little higher income) vs (possilbe career advancement + my technical completeness + a bit lower income).

if single, i would take it for sure. With a family, not easy to figure out the puzzle.
