nobody really know what's going on in the hiring process

可过后通过一个在里面工作的朋友才得知，我得竞争对手是个老印， 有专业背景还有MBA的学位， 家在40miles以外的另外一城市，现在还在那儿的一家公司上班，须H1B。我的情况是有专业背景，有绿卡，劳工是学校的faculty, 所以在这个小镇至少要待上五年。

-- So you are the family of the colloge;
-- So the colloge relocation or employeement office should help you find a job;
-- This shouldbe definitely your advantage!
-- Should use this card to play.

据说三个招聘人的意见事：老美想选我，老印坚决地要那个老印candidate，她的理由是我太aggressive,
-- yes, sometime they do jealous our smartness and saying it is aggressive.
-- so we should learn less aggressive during the interview, no matter what they say.

而老中态度中庸，显然不想得罪人，还跟我朋友开玩笑说‘你不怕她来了抢你的工作？’。
-- What we can say if we just meet this kind of the useless friend.
-- He shuld know it is good for him to have you join the team.

天哪，我感觉我性格中最欠缺的就是aggressive了， 否折也不会申请这种工作。。。七月底，组长回来了， 没有第二次的interview，据说上上星期就把offer给了老印candidate了。
-- That In??? candidate may do not want drive 40miles to work.
-- So you still have the chance.
-- However, nobody know all the details of what going on in the hiring process....

-- Should be planty of jobs in the colloge and around, try to apply other jobs.
