Very nice article and quite unique experience.
Only ourself care what we want.
If we keep 沉默, almost all of our bosses will just keep 沉默.
However, even after we get a offer and tell our boss that we paln to jump, our boss may not be so actively as 陈默's boss did for her. Because we may not as excellent as 陈默.
