1. "...the group don't have project for the new comer..."

Should be: the group DOESN"T have projectS...

2. "But the work don't want to do is still don't want to do..."

Work is singular, so it should be "doesn't" not "don't."

This sentence is Chinglish. Could be: But I am not willing do the work I don't want to do.

3."The boss almost don't care and don't help or support about what we are doing. "

Should be: The boss DOESN'T...

See the grammatical error that occurs again and again in your writing? Use "doesn't" for singular and use "don't" for plural. Good luck for your job.
