回夏日玫瑰姐的问题: How to answer salary questions

"1.During most of my interviews, I was asked to give the exact number or range out. What is the best way for me to response? "
-- Postpone the question to later stage;
-- Let them tell you the salary range for that position;
-- We had many discuss about this topic in previous notes, please check.

"2: Somestimes, they just gave me a number during the interview. What should I say to have the offer in hand and also have a space to negotiate later?"
-- Answer to them: Ok, let's start from here...
-- Doesn't mean I will accept this number.
-- No matter what, I will do negotiation when the negotiation stage arraves as my war plan.
