Nanny can't help all

I'm kind in similar situation. I have my parents living with us to help. But, I can tell, they can't replace the parenting role.

It might be too late to say now. If you are career oriented woman, one kid is the maximum. or even no kid if career achievment could bring more self esteem than the title "xxx'mom."

To me, i regards of myself as a loser at current stage. However, since my kids are still young, I still have the opportunity to make up.

It's more clear to me I will leave my current job soon.
