question about interview and EAD card

HI,I have teh following question need some advice:

I have applied EAD card with I-485 in April and am looking for job. Just got a on site interview opportunity and I want to try my best. But how can I tell them about this EAD thing? Shoudl I told them my EAD card is pending and expect to get in 1-2 monthes, will this affect the company to considering to give me teh offer/ or should I tell them thsi after they decide to give me a offer? Or should I just say I can only work after 1.5 month? any help is appreciated.
